Camp Chautauqua Waiver

Camp Chautauqua requires all attendees to sign their waiver. This waiver must be completed following the link below and is not part of the Conventioneer Registration above.

Travel Subsidy Information

Travel Subsidy
For conventioneers outside of the West Michigan area, the Federation Board subsidizes convention travel. To apply for subsidy, use the following link: Travel Subsidy Request Form. Please note that subsidy requests must be submitted no later than June 1.
