General Registration Information
- Registration Fee: $385
- Bus fee from Iowa to the camp: $50
- Convention Group Photo: $15 (optional)
- Convention week photo flash drive: $15 (optional)
- Make checks payable to: Hull Protestant Reformed Church
- All forms and paperwork, including payment, should be mailed no later than May 30 to avoid the $25 late fee.

- Tuesday, May 15, 2018 – Electronic General Registration form MUST be submitted.
- Saturday, May 30, 2018 – ALL forms and paperwork MUST be mailed to avoid the $25 late fee (sooner if living outside the USA).
- Saturday, May 30, 2018 – Deadline to cancel for a full refund.
- Tuesday, July 10, 2018 – Deadline to cancel for a 50% refund (except emergency situations – please see policy below)
- Friday, August 3, 2018 – Last day to register online for team tournament games.
Day of Registration – Monday, August 13, 2018
Registration will be held at Lake Geneva Christian Center from 1:30 – 3:30 PM
- Before May 30, if you are no longer able to attend the 2018 Convention, you will be able to receive a full refund. To cancel or ask a question, please email Anna Brummel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- After May 30, if you are no longer able to attend the 2018 Convention, kindly cancel by Saturday, July 10, 2018. A 50% refund will be given, except in emergency situations, where a full refund will be given. Cancellations after July 10 will be addressed on a case by case basis. - All flights into Sioux Falls, SD must arrive on or before Saturday, August 11, 2018.
- All flights into Minneapolis, MN must arrive on Monday, August 13, 2018, before 12 noon.
- All departing flights from Sioux Falls, SD must leave on August 17 after 4:00 pm CST or on August 18.
- All departing flights from Minneapolis, MN must leave after 1:00 pm CST on August 17.

**Conventioneers will not be allowed to drive themselves directly to the camp except by special permission from the Steering Committee. Conventioneers with special circumstances must make the request to drive to Brittany Gritters at email@example.com .
