Conventioneer Information

Convention registration is now fully online with the Camp Brain software. Registration for 2024 will be open March 1-31, 2024.

Important note: Registration must be completed by a parent or guardian. This allows for all waivers and forms to be digitally signed by an adult.

• Conventioneers can be registered under a family account created by a parent or guardian.

• The only exception is for adult participants who are living on their own.

Fees: Registration cost is $450.00. There is an additional fee of $17.00 for the optional group picture. There are also two round-trip bussing options; one from/to Cornerstone PRC for $120.00 and the other from/to Grand Rapids MI for $125.00.

Travel Subsidy: For conventioneers outside of the West Michigan area, the Federation Board subsidizes convention travel. To apply for subsidy, use the following link: Travel Subsidy Request Form. Please note that subsidy requests must be submitted no later than June 1.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Onsite registration at Camp Cedarmore will be from 1:00-3:00pm on Monday, August 5, 2024.
